This 1980 MG MGB Roadster is the final year of MGB production — a genuine piece of British automotive history. It was passed down to me from a family member who kept it in excellent care. The car runs and drives well, and comes with thorough documentation including an appraisal report, service records, and an aftermarket owner's manual/workshop manual combo.
The body is straight with no visible major rust. The engine bay is complete and appears original, with the Smiths heater motor, original air filter housing, and SU carburetor all in place. The interior is clean with no major damage. The black soft top is functional, and the rubber bumpers are intact. This is not a project car — it's a driver-ready classic.
The vehicle is sold as-is, without legal warranty. I am not a mechanic and am selling on behalf of what I know from the documentation and family history. Viewings by appointment only in Quebec City.
Cette MG MGB Roadster 1980 est de la dernière année de production de la MGB — un véritable morceau d'histoire automobile britannique. Ce véhicule m'a été transmis par un membre de ma famille qui en a toujours pris grand soin. La voiture roule et conduit bien, et elle est accompagnée de documentation complète, incluant un rapport d'évaluation, des dossiers d'entretien et un combo manuel du propriétaire/manuel d'atelier après-vente.
La carrosserie est droite, sans rouille majeure visible. Le compartiment moteur est complet et d'apparence d'origine, avec le moteur de chauffage Smiths, le boîtier de filtre à air d'origine et le carburateur SU tous en place. L'intérieur est propre, sans dommage majeur. Le toit souple noir est fonctionnel et les pare-chocs en caoutchouc sont intacts. Ce n'est pas un projet — c'est un classique prêt à rouler.
Le véhicule est vendu tel quel, sans garantie légale. Je ne suis pas mécanicien et je vends selon ce que je connais de la documentation et de l'historique familial. Visites sur rendez-vous seulement à Québec (ville).
